Alana receives her next patient and Daniel enters the room complaining about a chest ache and asking for a medical certificate to skip work today. Already questioning about the veracity of his pain, Alana decides to examine him better and discovers she was right: he just wanted to miss a workday and wasn’t really sick. Completely mad with it and with the fact that he interrupt her serious work, Alana will make him pay for her wasted time. She makes him lay on the floor, takes off her shoes and starts stepping on his body. Using all of her anger as a source of strength, the situation gets worse, making him suffer every time that she jumps on him or makes her steps heavier. His head, neck, chest, legs… All smashed by the feet of the angry doctor, who teaches him a real lesson. Daniel screams in pain, regretting being a lazy guy! What a trample session!
