Nicole Romanoff is a very naive girl, submissive and obsessed with cleanliness. When her friends (Alana and Jessica Winchester) come home, she asks them to take off their shoes so they don't dirty the clean floor. As a prank, the friends take off their shoes and get the soles of their feet dirty so that Nicole can wipe the dirt off with their tongues until they are extremely clean.
